Robert Leech Estate Agents, a well-respected independent agency in Surrey, approached me for help with their utility costs. We are both active members of the Reigate Business Guild and my networking had also lead me to be connected with the companies bookkeeper too.

Upon reviewing their utility setup, I discovered that they were out of contract across all three locations, which meant they were likely overpaying for their energy.

After sending quotes and discussing supplier options and contract terms, it became clear that we would secure significant savings by getting them into a contract. (Out of contract rates are typically 70% more than in contract rates).

The results were impressive. We achieved total savings of £5,550 across their three locations, with the most significant savings being £3,400 a year at one of their High Street offices. This was a fantastic outcome, demonstrating the impact of careful analysis and tailored solutions.
